The location is amazing, with easy access to attractions and a friendly reception staff. The Twin Room I stayed in was well-decorated. For families or business travelers, it offers a strategic spot just opposite the Corniche. A few more food options wouldn't hurt, though!

Very good offer regarding price performance - Is directly next to police station, gas station and fire brigade and super connection. Staff very friendly, check-in anytime possible, breakfast is okay, room clean, bed good.

Excellent hotel, we truly enjoyed the polite staff and new-fashioned room. The location was good and excellent: small supermarkets and a supermarket were within walking distance. The property was in a good area.

I was disappointed with my stay due to the cramped quarters, as the room for a family of four was not adequate. The lack of cleanliness was concerning, with a persistent odor and dusty surfaces. The dinner buffet was uninspiring and lacked a variety of options that one would expect from this category of hotel.

I like the quick and excellent service.Its central position where you can go to different parts of the city and other nearby cities. The internationality of the hotel.

I don't like the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. In other international hotels an electric kettle with tea, coffee, milk bags are provided.

The hotel has the restaurant with special view of dammam.

Loved relaxing at the spa and enjoying a soothing massage after long days. The amenities were nice, with a great garden area to unwind. The only downside was that the restaurant could use a bit more variety in the menu, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay! 🌟

they put me in smoking room though my booking was non smoking room , and the room was not will cleaned .

The location offers excellent access to city attractions. The king-size bed in the spacious room was satisfying, though the pillows were disappointing and the overall comfort of the bed left much to be desired. Dining on the rooftop restaurant provided nice city views. The food quality was lacking, with reheated leftovers and limited fresh options.

Hotel staff is nice , polite and professional. The only thing I like to add that Room A/C maintenance to be done regularly. Overall the hotel is good for stay in future.

the toilet was dirty, towels was old and no renew, there is no tooth paste in the toilet.

The hotel is in a great location that reminds you of New Delhi. the rooms are all newly renovated and have a modern style, featuring comfortable single beds, attractive interiors, ample space, and nice bathrooms.

The hotel's central location in Dammam was convenient. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean, with a private bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, and a fridge.

The breakfast spread here is fantastic, and the rooms come with a comfortable king-size bed.
